Quality Policy
The Palm National Company for Petroleum Services (Nanco) seeks leadership and excellence in providing transportation services of all kinds, providing fuel of all kinds, and serving the community. We believe in the importance of providing distinguished transportation services. The senior management of the National Palm Company is committed to the following:

- -Achieving the requirements of beneficiaries and stakeholders, exceeding their expectations, and working to satisfy them by providing competitive services of high quality
- -Setting and reviewing measurable quality goals and following up on the implementation of those goals
- -Providing the necessary resources and defining responsibilities and powers within the company
- -Rehabilitation and development of the efficiency of the company's employees through holding training courses and workshops and identifying training needs based on the requirements of the beneficiaries, developments and work techniques, and the requirements of stakeholders such as government agencies contracting with Al-Nakhla Al-Ahlia Company.
